@estherschindler I wonder. Getting the right people in the room is so key. As a CIO, I often found it to be a political decision and we'd end up with the wrong people. So many stories on that front...
@estherschindler A knowledgable user can be helpful, but current users can also be an obstacle to innovation. To often they judge future operation by what they know of current operations.
@estherschindler The bigger the project, the longer the project, the more the requirements will change. My biggest problems generally centered on different participants starting in different places and going off without a shared definition of "done, this is what finished looks like." I'd enforce clearly defined start and finish for our projects.
