Hive mind: What is your company actively doing to reset or rethink its corporate culture?

Beyond changing work-at-home policies, that is. Diversity? Work/life balance? Team dynamics?

I'm looking for anecdotal examples for an article. So tell me a story. I don't (necessarily) have to quote you, but I do want a solid, "This is how others are changing" before I go into detail on "What experts say business execs should do."

@estherschindler My company is fond of committees. They've formed 7 new groups to focus on various aspects relating to persons of color. Patient care, advocacy, attracting people to the company, employee retention/support, training, communication and leadership. And they're also taking suggestions right now for a work flexibility plan, for when school starts up again.

@haggardmom75 Do you believe that they'll do something meaningful? Other than create more committees? (I'm looking for a confidence assessment here.)

@estherschindler Actually, I'm not sure what the outcome will be. I believe they will try, with good intentions. But I do feel that the company is large enough that I don't know how they intend to track outcomes. Its possible that they don't know that yet either.
