@estherschindler I've been reading The Guardian's coverage for a few weeks now.
I must say that there's a lot of glossing over of real concrete problems. A lot of painting businesses and community groups as eager do-gooders actively solving problems. I don't see that happening from where I am.
If The Guardian allowed comments on more of their articles I would post there; so would others.
