Woo! We made just shy of $10,000 in rental income last year.

The amount we charged in rent? $1200/mo for one (our old house - realistic market rate $2000+,) $1050/mo for the second (the basement apartment of our current house, realistic market rate $1500+.) Both were rented all 12 months.

We're obviously doing this landlord thing wrong.
