You're an SE. That stands for *SALES* engineer. You're presales technical.

Don't say you're a *SOLUTION* engineer and say you're "the technical contact."

That's me. I'm the post-sales technical person. I'm the person whose title could reasonably be "Solutions Engineer." I work in the Solutions department, you don't. I answer support tickets, not you.
