Just read a Powerball factoid:
"A person has a higher chance of dying by being crushed by a vending machine than winning a Powerball jackpot."
Which begs the question - many state lotteries have lottery ticket vending machines - has anyone been crushed to death by a Powerball vending machine?

Doubtful. I don't suppose anyone imagines they can get a ticket out of a machine by rocking the machine.
