Am I the only one who worried just a tiny bit that this "emergency declaration" is just so he can claim "nope, I'm still president"?
@ehurtley 6 days ago I'd have told you that this is all pretty nailed down in the constitution. That was 6 days ago tho.

@BlonyPonyExpres Oh, it's nailed down. He's not getting away with it - but at this point it wouldn't surprise me if Secret Service has to *LITERALLY* drag him kicking-and-screaming from the Oval Office.
@ehurtley I saw some article about a member of the USSS posting stop the steal shit on Facebook and getting suspended. IIRC Biden has also had to trim his detail of "trump USSS" people. I'm not trying to fear monger I'm just saying I don't consider us out of the woods just quite yet.
