@SPFX Unfortunately, we need four Republicans to make this choice for it to matter. If even only three do it, it's a 50-50 tie, and the VP gets to break the tie.
So far, in the past 3.5 years, only 2 Republican Senators have even HINTED that they would refuse to confirm an appointee close to the election.
@ehurtley Yashar Ali is reporting Senators Collins, Grassley and Murkowski have said, at some point, they will not consider appointment until after inauguration.
