I got a 6-pack of Klondike Mint Chocolate Chip from the grocery store.
They have mono and diglycerides, but are also listed as kosher dairy, and *mostly* dairy and meat have to not be in the same product to have a kosher certification. Is there some kosher cert exception for diglycerides I don't know about or can I assume they are vegetarian? (Not vegan obv but no slaughtered animal parts in the product)

@edward789121 reach out to the manufacturer. I'd be interested in hearing their explanation too.

@AyatollahKhomeanie I'd imagine so, because the hypothetical kosher exception I came up with would probably show up on Google if I searched, the Kosher certifiers aren't doing their job, or I'm insanely clueless despite many Wikipedia rabbit holes on the matter
