@ecksmc i need to have a look, sounds interesting....there is BBC documentary about forgotten places, I think it's called exactly like that...the most interesting part was about constructions that were forgotten after WW2...I was surprised.

@Faustus ive seen a few programmes about that type of thing - also a good book "WW2 abandoned places" is interesting read

There are some remarkable "bunkers" around as well as other abandoned infrastructure, thats for sure, all over Europe

@ecksmc Exactly! I was surprised by all these bunkers, which, despite being in a desperate state, still look absolutely grandiose
