I’m on minute 15 of being on hold for goods that shipped two months ago and never arrived while they “investigate”.
Dude, this isnt that hard. UPS lost it; just send a replacement.

@Beanc or its been delivered to another address by mistake and the person at that address took it - or UPS driver stole it outright << surprising how they things do happen more over something just being lost in transit
That's why they tend to say they'll open an investigation
