Well, at least for one/two email addresses you use
Its near impossible to have all email addresses with not one pwnage(unless you only have 1/2 3 Max & don't sign up for a lot of shite using they emails) - heck I have one that has 17 🫣 none however have actual personal stuff like bank details or that real stuff that can be used by criminals 😆 as long as you are aware of them and afterwards change they PWs for ALL accounts that could be affected

Longer you use any email more vunlrable it becomes that one with 17 I've used for years upon years - luckily there are loadsa new-ish services that help when signing up for stuff and can protect your actual email address
