My definition of banner is more the MSNBC one at the top of the page, not the rolling CoSoCOM on a single column.
And even that is not distracting at all.
For the record; the account mentioned does not appear to be still active; so if they did actually create one then they self-immolation.
All it all, their opinion is about worth less than the shit in the litter box. 💩
