is it getting worse ?? we are seeing a lot of downpour and it is heavy and lasting slightly longer for this time of year rural areas are getting hit with flooding more

so, depends where you live and what measures have also been put in place for rain fall by the local councils, water companies, not all areas are capable of receiving a lot of rainfall without some flooding
