@opie i have Brave on mobile also it is a good browser
i just prefer Firefox focus for speed at opening articles after tapping URLs from other apps it's lightning fast because it's bare bones with no real "elements" to load in background - it inly jas the page from the URL to load
i also have Firefox original as well a chrome on same device - chrome & Firefox focus on chromebook are my two best when on stable channel ChromeOS
(just started using Mullvad VPN myself tonight standalone apps)
never tried it but Norton anything hmmmmm
2023 NortonLifeLock customers have been warned that their accounts may have been compromised in a security breach
2022 Norton 360, one of the most popular antivirus products on the market today, has installed a cryptocurrency mining program -Norton is facing criticism for including a crypto miner alongside its Norton 360 security software. Activists like Cory Doctorow have said
and many more unsavoury stuff
@Airborne_Frog i do use brave myself as well a Firefox focus & Firefox - Firefox focus is fast striped of almost all annoying features and focuses on security & privacy good for SM URL taps after reading close it wipes all data/ cookies etc..... great app imo
chrome also cause i can quickly push stuff directly to my Chromebook chrome browser which is handy as well as saving "read later' articles from Android chrome syncs to my "read later' ChromeOS in on tap
@ecksmc
Okay, thanks for the heads up...
I'm sticking with brave for now on, with a lil' bit of firefox on the side (only because I can download stuff from YT with FF)
