The system theoretically lets you share stuff from a Chromebook to an Android phone
a little wonky at times
chrome:flags into the address bar in any open window.
Type "nearby sharing" into the search box
Click the button next to "Nearby Sharing" and Enable it
restart
you'll see a nearby settings tile show on Chromebook quick settings
