Back in June, a new Android feature was spotted called “Nearby Share”

It was basically Google’s answer to Apple’s AirDrop feature that allows users to share files and other things between devices quickly and easily, without the fuss or muss of sending emails or instant messages

my advice is disable, and keep that shite disabled, at all times

open Android settings > type in search "nearby sharing" tap it > switch that fucker OFF

and remove the "quick settings tile" also

Follow

if you really need to share a file to someone elses phone who is nearby use Bluetooth

i really don't see why this was such a big new feature that a lot of android users wanted

i mean, nearby share needs bluetooth on anyway and opens a wifi hotspot on your device

¯\_(⊙_ʖ⊙)_/¯
