i have just noticed with chrome the groups column slides from left to right which can show it blank at times
hover over the groups column then scroll left/right within that column
ik a few users were having issues with groups column in chrome showing blank
this might be the issue and fix for you

My column doesn’t slide either way. It’s just blank. Shows offline and “connect again” I’m patient 🤗
