@CaptHarpo I think of that word more as "respect" and I also am of the opinion that the writers - men - imposed their own self-serving psychoses on how they wrote down stuff so that, what we attribute to "god" through their presentation really is more a reflection of them, not that god. Even Jesus mentioned god in feminine ways and they got/get downplayed by writers/preachers who presented through their own lenses of toxic masculinity.
