Hey gang, did anyone use multiple Twitter accounts through tools like TweetCaster or TweetDeck? Do those tools work here on Coso, or how are you approaching maintaining multiple CoSo accounts without the inelegance of logging in and out of each to use each one at a time?

@duaneaubin
Welcome to CoSo !
If I remember correctly, you can have 2 accts here ( with different e-mails )
Not sure abt the other ?'s
I'll tag this with & boost
Hopefully someone else can answer

@duaneaubin I did, and while CoSo doesn't support multiple accounts with their app (that I can see) there are a ton of Mastodon apps that support multi-account usage, and some are even pretty good, depending on your platform.

@ardosi Yep, I heard Tusky for Android could work for me on Mastodon...then again, maybe it's time to just do everything through my one account...? That'd be kinda weird for me!

@duaneaubin One account is definitely a lot easier to manage, but I understand the desire to have several :)

@duaneaubin If you are using the web (rather than an app) you can log into different accounts using different browsers. On a computer in Firefox, you could install Multi-Account Containers (extension), and log into different accounts in different containers. (I don't have multiple CS accounts, but I do that with Twitter and some other platforms.)

@bioscilibrarian Thanks for taking the time to make this suggestion! I do think, however, that a combination of Sengi on laptop and Tusky on mobile could be the optimal mix for me (on Mastadon, anyway) - IF, that is, I do decide to engage multiple accounts (right now, I'm surprised that I'm not sure I still want to, but I was curious how feasible it could be at all).
