I'm baking a salmon filet and potatoes to get a hot meal in me before the real action happens this evening and throughout the night. I've also got the heat turned up to warm the walls and floor in case the power does go out. We have hot water ambient heat so it will remain warm for a few hours (a big plus) if the power goes off.
Good plan I am happy your made it. Is your stove gas or electric?
