Winter Wednesday..pretty darn cold today. Sun is out though.

Still not feeling great. Worse at night so I'm going to drag our air filter up to the bedroom 🤧😷😶 also sleep with the mattress elevated see if that does anything to help.

I should go & start my day so far I've accomplished - nothing lol
