Big pot of leftover roasted veggies blended into soup now.
We enjoy this soup it is an add what you want in your bowl soup. Hubby likes hot sauce my tummy doesn't like hot sauce.
@disk4mat I put Cholula Hot Sauce in a lot of my dishes - it gives it that boost and tang. Love it in stews!
My tummy is sensitive and I can't handle the hot sauce.
I wish I could yours look really good.
I don't mind that hubby adjusts his to his tastes I encourage him to do that.
Tannins bother me too lol
I can virtually taste things too so I know what it would taste like.

I used to be able to do those things so I have some background in the tastes. I also read menu's and enjoy that lol
