I was talking with a friend about which vegan foods are decent (says I, a non-vegan).

Mayo is decent- may replace.
Found out yesterday at a pizza place that cheese is a no go : FIFTY YARD PENALTY.

Bright side- I noted that sweets (cookies/cupcakes) are a no go for me as all the ones I’ve tried have been crap, and apparently i have earned a lifetime of free goodies from my friend who is trying to convert me

Gold if they’re actually any good this time.

My daughter is a Vegan. Always trying to convert us.

I found I don't do well with soy, gluten so takes meat alternatives out for me.

Veggies are easy and we do eat a lot of veggies and nuts.

Easier to just eat some good for you items than convert fully.
