@dietotaku Around here, Paxlovid can be difficult to get -- not because of supply issues, but because some doctors don't think it should be used except in the most dire of cases.
That's like saying you won't fix a leak in a drain pipe until it collapses your ceiling :(

@lenaoflune if there's no shortage, what could possibly be their justification in withholding it? not to mention the fact that by the time they get to those "most dire of cases," the drug won't be effective because it's designed to *prevent* serious illness, not recover from it.
