For some reason I can't seem to get enough oregano in my tomato sauce. It frustrates me.

That was my thought. No wonder. Oregano is not basil.
The general mix is oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic,

Let it sit a day and recheck. You might have more in there than it tastes like yet.

@dauphin87 If you use fresh oregano its has more flavor and a bolder profile, if using dried try some fresh. Its also easy to grow in the garden in a flowerpot or window box.
