The trains were always on time, they had full employment, their technological advances were amazing. Very little crime. Tremendous growth of business - incredible opportunities as new territory was taken.

Yep. Fascism is terrible, does horrible things, and must be defeated.
But calling them inept is factually incorrect, and dangerous. You can't underestimate their ability to generate hate and drive their agendas.
