Our nephew came to visit the Mister. I’ve taken time to get a coffee at the coffee shop, listening to Enya and have found a quiet spot in a park to decompress. 💜

You know 💜 And thank you. There are days I question that for moments in time especially on the very bad days. I have to shake it off though. Just gotta plug in and go.
