"The Lantern of Souls"
Every year on the night of Halloween, the town of Willow's End would grow darker than the surrounding villages. Trees would creak, the air would chill, and shadows seemed to dance just out of sight. But there was one home at the edge of town that remained bright—a house that belonged to an old woman named Eleanor.
Eleanor was no ordinary woman. She was the Keeper of the Lantern, a glowing orb said to hold the light of a thousand souls. The lantern had been passed down through her family for generations, entrusted to those who understood its sacred purpose: to guide lost souls through the veil on Halloween night.
