Not sure but can tell you 1. J would only offer the most secure and reliable platform for financial transactions. 2. In 4 yrs not a single issue.
@prairiecelt wonder if a prepaid could be used or an annual payment?
@damselfly59 Not worried about J AT ALL - just don't like monthly stuff going to a credit card - try not to use them at all anymore...
