He is an air general, second stage will began strategic bombardment of city's Ukraine with TU-22M3, TU-95MC, and TU-160 ...even as in Syria (2015).
@damselfly59 This is so distressing, all those involved in the bombing of innocent Syrians (hospitals, kids, etc.) should have been brought up on war crimes and now they’re going to likely do it again in Ukraine. My heart aches for them all. 😔😭
