Sources in the SBU reported the Russian Armed Forces staged a false-flag attack on the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant to create panic and confusion ahead of expected Ukrainian counter offenses. Pro-Putin Media claimed the attacks were proof Ukrainians are attacking civilian infrastructure to cause confusion ahead of their expected counteroffensive and not hitting ammunition depots.
