My mom died at a Kaiser hospital almost 3 weeks ago now. Kaiser took the insurance card and never gave it back. Now hospital & ambulance service are claiming no insurance on record, so we owe them the full amount out of pocket. Anyone have legal advice to help us fight this?

@trixiebun The card is, legally speaking, almost irrelevant. If you have insurance, you have insurance whether you have the card or not.
@countZZero Just don't trust them when they're pulling this :/ But yeah, theoretically it should work out.
