Photos
All Platforms that take photos, add EXIF data to the file.
Here J scrubs all that data out first before it even hits the servers. This is a feature, not a bug, for security reasons.
Now the way to fix this is take a photo, from your camera on a smartphone or a file. Open it in any photo editor, does not matter which one. and make any small edit, any at all, crop, or enhance color, anything. then save that edited photo. Then up load that to CoSo.
All will be well.
There is a fix coming
@corlin
I think the part you may have inadvertently left out is that this EXIF data includes rotation info. When that is scrubbed, people may find their uploaded photos to be rotated the wrong way. Following your procedure fixes the problem on the occasion it happens.
@voltronic
Good point thanks.
I missed the obvious.
@corlin ah cool. That's why my pics are bombing on upload then - obvs servers too busy to strip the exif so I'll do it manually :) Top tip Cheers

Thanks Corlin 😊
