Diggin' the tater love today. Started the potato diet 10 days ago (thanks Penn!) so am deeply interested. Pounds are coming off, and I'm still enjoying the taste. Favorite way so far is oven fries with malt vinegar, or simple microwave-baked with Trader Joe's Yuzu Hot Sauce.
