I've listened to Stephanie Miller for decades. She was part of the Air America experiment decades ago that produced Rachel Maddow, Al Franken, and others (Ed Schultz 🙄 ). Stephie is to progressive talk radio what Rachel is to MSNBC.
Anyway, Stephie took her show to the #DNC this week. You can watch Monday's webcast at the link.

@WordsmithFL I used to listen to Stephanie all the time. Just fell away from all political talk shows after Rump. Sh s good, and she’s got good regulars that call in.
@WordsmithFL She does make you laugh, but she still reports the news and the news was so depressing to me after Rump actually win that I couldn’t take it, even when it was delivered with humor. I backed away from all news for a while and spent his first two years in office stoned 24/7. I had just retired fortunately so I could do that.
@WordsmithFL See I don’t want to fight. I will if I have to but I really just want to live and let live. Unfortunately the other side wants to rule the world so I don’t get to do the live and let thing.
@cjcrew I've been in politics a long time. I've worked for candidates and causes that lost as much as they won. My people have been in the majority, and the minority.
I learned not to despair, but to fight back. When necessary, resort to guerrilla tactics. In local politics years ago, I tortured my nemesis by exposing his schemes and corruption to the local media. I even resorted to black ops by setting up a blog, showing I was one step ahead of him.
Much more satisfying than withdrawal.
