Wonderboom

So somebody left their Wonderboom behind and trying to pair it with a Pixel 6 but it's not showing up on my phone's Bluetooth list.
Not sure which version but could the Bluetooth version be too old? I have a speaker at home that like 5years old and can connect with no issues.
