I'm sure Trumpty Dumpty will appeal. He thinks the world revolves around him and the law doesn't apply to him.
@mcfate his goal is to delay until the Republicans are back in power and they anoint him god of Mericaland. The longer he remains out of prison, the closer they will be to that goal.
Best of luck to 'em delaying about four independent grand juries and a special prosecutor.
