N. Carolina federal judge (appointed by Trump) tossed one of the RNC's counts trying to force the state elections board to remove purportedly ineligible voters from the rolls.
Count 1--dismissed because there is no private right of action to boot voters from the rolls; so the RNC can pound sand.
Count 2--remanded to state court to figure out if the mistake in not following the law---that is, the website registered some voters who should not have been---rises to a state constitutional injury.
