Trump voted early in Florida.

Hmmm, but he’s a convicted felon in NY, which doesn’t allow felons to vote. Yet, Florida failed to pull his eligibility as a voter.

Here’s a screenshot of the Florida Constitution saying a felon like Trump is barred from voting in the state.

@carmen So a FL cities with standing g could sue the election board for allowing g a convicted felon to vote, do I have that right??

@carmen

DeSaster will break the law for Dickless.

HE doesn't want to get lynched.

@carmen

Hopefully, the red state of Florida will throw out his illegal vote but I am not holding my breath!

@carmen In most states, it's not considered a conviction until the defendant has been sentenced. He beat the clock.

@Superstitionsee @carmen The law said, "Co victed felon" not "a convicted and sentenced felon".

@Kittiekatt53 @Superstitionsee @carmen I think the key part is “restoration of civil rights.” Those aren’t suspended until sentencing, but I’m not a lawyer so my opinion is likely worth little. Plus, Florida being Florida… they’d probably bend over backwards to restore them early for their cult leader.

@Synical @Kittiekatt53 @carmen I am a lawyer, and that's the way it works in my state, and many others. 🤷
