Truth about old age, we’re all on the spectrum moving along. It’s shocking how fast it happens. You may try to separate yourself from being ‘old’ elderly, a curmudgeon ... but truth is, it is where you are heading (unless you die young) Watch what you say & know pride, intelligence, wisdom & dignity exists among older people.Never mock; elders are aware & hurt. Don’t wear your youth as a shield; it is disintegrating daily. Your shield is compassion, fortitude, service, logic & love.
