Somethings to note:
- I have never liked cats
- I am allergic to cats
- I am allergic to wood molds
- I am allergic to tree pollen
- I do not like ladders
So why did I just drive a mile, climb a ladder and remove a cat from a tree?
Fortunately only 1 scratch, but if I had not been wearing a mask I would probably have needed stitches.
All this cause my wife's TA has been stuck in a tree for 3 days, and I have a ladder.
@butch I’m allergic to almost everything, I have two cats that refuse any attempt at being brushed. My eyes hate cat hair and, the fun part, allergy meds give me palpitations. Yes, I am keeping the cats.
@floryloughead I will proudly admit to being a dog person. I have had cats everyone swore were calm and accepting have psychotic breaks when I just entered the room.
But 3 days in a tree, and 80F, and my wife being sad about a coworker, up.the ladder I go.
