Today,Saturday Sept 7th, marks the 27th anniversary of me living in the U.S.  That's a very pivotal milestone for me, because it represents the day I have lived in U.S. for as long as I ever lived in the UK. Even though I became a very proud U.S. citizen over a decade ago, I still think of myself as a former British person who now is a U.S. citizen and living here. As of today, that dynamic has forever changed. Super weird mind shift.
