I mean we load them when someone interacts with a posting, or when a timer of a couple of minutes goes off.

We don't "sanitize" third-party web sites.

We DO ban entire counties, but if you were IN one of them, you wouldn't be HERE at ALL, you'd never get past the firewall.

Unless you're somehow hosting your images on a CDN in someplace like Iran or North Korea, I wouldn't worry about it.

Not really sure what <meta> elements you imagine might cause concern, but it's your site.

@mcfate It's the tag <meta property="og:image" content="briangreen.net/images/soda_bre"> - supposed to load the image as a preview to a shared link, like here briangreen.net/soda_bread.html
