Question: What is a typical breakfast for you? No judgement here, just curious. Found out this morning that three of my male friends have two eggs fried on toast - right as I was making.. (you guessed it)!

@Resister_Grandma I first read that as "water supplements" and instantly had questions. Then I re-read with your correct punctuation.
@bfgreen I fast for 2 days, then eat for one day, fast 2 days, and so on. I take supplements every day. 🙂
