@sugar0addict hope you feel better! I have chronic nerve pain left over from shingles on my face and eye. A friend recommended Ryze mushroom coffee and it's helped me reduce nerve tingle and sensation.
@sugar0addict it tastes a bit woody and earthy (best I can describe it). It is not a 1-1 replacement for coffee. I've been having Ryze every morning and my coffee after as needed ;-)
Just sharing what's worked for me, I'm not paid by them. Also, acupuncture was a HUGE help.
@bfgreen That's fair. I just wondered, as I am not a fan of mushrooms is all. My first reaction was "Ewww", but the other part of me was like, "But, better pain management..." So, I will keep the info on hand.
Acupuncture has been recommended to me, but I have trypanophobia (fear of needles) so unfortunately that isn't an option.
@bfgreen I guess, my first question would have to be, does it taste like mushrooms?
