Some morning thoughts:
We don't talk enough about how easy, unlicensed and untracked access to firearms enables countless acts of casual violence resulting in serious injury and death, and multiple instances of mass murder by racists, white supremacists, and other fanatics.

Today and every day is a good day to remember that the past administration sought to use violence to destroy a democratic election, and they have not stopped. Today is a good day to investigate Ginni and Clarence Thomas.

Sometimes I feel clueless. That's why I love being a father, they're even more lost than I am.

I came skidding in sideways to this CoSo site several days ago.

I came from that bird site, and when my skid came to a stop, here, I discovered that I was in a softer, gentler place. Kind of like skidding off a busy street and coming to a stop in a beautiful garden.

I signed up here with my same handle as I have on twitter (@crystal_resists) but I would like to change to something less political.
