@peterquirk Fun fact: Elsevier is an _old_ company. I've touched books published by the Elzevir[sic] family in the 1600s. Their profit margin makes Exxon turn green. Shed no tears for Elsevier, I would suggest. And maybe question their motives. If you'd like.
