under-reported IMO, the casualties (human and livestock sickness and death) coming from mosquitoes (still around in November!) and ticks as a result of anthropomorphic climate changes. It's going to be real numbers, and not just in "developing"* countries

@b4cks4w Just heard on last week's Science Friday that fall is prime tick season, more active and breeding now (in northern hemisphere) During spring/summer it was mostly the tiny ones.
