@BosmangBeratna as well as King Arthur I like Bob's Red Mill. I eat loads of gluten and still like to use this for waffles and frying fish
@b4cks4w @BosmangBeratna FYI, Bob's Red Mill products do not consistently test gluten free. At least not the stuff they sell in the US.
